The 2020 categories will be:

 

 -Short Narrative (30 minutes or less)

 

 -Feature Narrative (31 minutes to 140 minutes)

 

 -Animation (30 seconds to 140 minutes)

 

 -Documentary (1 minute to 140 minutes)

 

 -Music Video (Less than 10 minutes)

 

 -Anything Goes ( And we mean anything, just keep it legal!)

- Experimental ( Cutting Edge Plus)

- Commercials (15 seconds to 3 minutes)

- Pilots for Web Series / Television (3 minutes to 60 minutes)

 

 

Basic rules are:

 

 -You must submit your project before December 27th, 2019

 

 -The application form must be completed and submission fee enclosed

 

-The submission fee are the following:

 

May 31st to September 27th  2019             Early Bird Deadline   $30

 

September 28th to November 15th                Regular Deadline   $35

 

November 16th  to December 6th                      Late Deadline    $40

 

December 7th to December 27th                       Final Deadline   $70

 

 - You MUST hold the copyrights to the project(s) submitted

 

-Screeners may be online,
Or DVD or Bluray in NTSC format

 

 -Final screening format will be a non fraction frame rate DCP
H264 will also be requested for a backup copy.

-Entrant confirms and warrants required legal authority to submit the entry into the Festival and to use all music, images, and content in the entry.
